  1. I previously registered to exhibit in-person at CABE 2022. Will my registration transfer to a virtual booth?

Answer: Yes, we will automatically transfer you to a virtual booth for $500, which includes your virtual booth space, a full four-day complimentary pass to attend the CABE 2022 conference, a pre-conference mailing list, and a customized CABE 2022 Zoom background.  Any exhibitor fees paid over the $500 will be refunded, unless otherwise directed.

  1. I reserved my hotel room. Do I need to cancel it?

  1. I want to cancel my registration to exhibit.

  1. I am a sponsor.  Do I have to re-register?  How does the virtual conference affect my benefits?

Answer:  CABE thanks you for your support. As a sponsor, you do not need to re-register or complete a new form.  Your sponsorship will remain the same.   1. How does this virtual exhibit work? Do I have to use my own virtual account, such as Zoom?

Answer: The event will be fully web-based, so all you will need is a computer, phone, or tablet and an internet connection.  CABE will provide the Zoom access details  where we will house our virtual exhibit hall. We have designated exhibitor viewing times: “Night at the Exhibits” on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, 4:00 pm–6:00pm and an option for Saturday, April 2, 2022, 10:40am–12:40pm.  You can visit for further details or contact Ruth Navarette at
